Due to last-minute conditions imposed by authorities on the French Side, additional courses and an additional course restriction are required.

Amendment 2 to the Sailing Instructions and Attachment A

To Attachment A add courses 25, 26, 27, and 28 as described in the document 'Additional Courses' as posted on the Official Notice Board, and also available at the Committee Desk and on the Results website.

Insert into Sailing Instruction 11.1:

d) Any area designated as a Marine Nature Reserve (La Reserve naturelle de Saint-Martin), including a zone of 250m around Creole Rock near Grand Case and a zone from Froussard point north 500m to a point 500m north of Basse-Espagnole to a point 500m northeast of Tintamarre to a point 500m southeast of Tintamarre to Babit-Point. This area may be entered for the purpose of rounding a mark which is near its boundary.

e) An alleged infringement of SI 11.1 shall not be grounds for protest by a boat.
