Amendment 2 to the Sailing Instruction

SI 8 is replaced by:
8. Classes and Class Flags
8.1 A list of classes and Class flags will be posted by 1800 Wednesday 2 March 2016.
8.2 Class flags will not be provided and need not be displayed by boats competing.
